Although the Team Fighting Fit training philosophy incorporates strength and conditioning drills from combat sports such as MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing in our Private and Semi private fitness training, you may wish to focus on skill as well as the fitness element of these sports.

If you want to learn the art of Muay Thai or Kickboxing but you wish to get full guided tuition with undivided attention from an experienced instructor, private training is the only way to go!
Fahad has spent over 15 years training and honing his skill as a competent Muay Thai and Kickboxing fighter having fought at amateur, semi and professional levels as well as having trained overseas, as well as in Thailand.
If you want to get fit but also wish to learn one of the most potent striking arts on the planet, then working with Fahad and learning Muay Thai and Kickboxing from him will be a wise investment.
We don't do large classes as we want to focus working on one to one or very small private groups.
