*We only work with at most 6 people in our classes so we can provide them with the highest level of personal training level coaching

  • Willing to work hard and break a sweat
  • Willing to change nutrition and lifestyle habits for 28 days
  • Willing to invest both time and money in yourself
  • Able to train at our private studio in the Hamilton area of Leicester
  • Can train either early morning or after 5pm
  • Have a sense of humour :)
